I don’t know, I don’t see Bill Murray in that trailer.

This is absolutely hilarious. This is Kevin Smith speaking at some University about his experience rewriting the Superman script for John Peters who apparently had a weird fixation with spiders. It’s pretty long but it’s worth it. For those of you who don’t know, the Superman movie has been in the works for over 10 years having had multiple script rewrites and actors associated with the role.

Well they did it. After years of toiling on marginally mediocre and sub-par films, Hollywood finally accomplished what they have been trying to do for years, make THE WORST MOVIE IN THE HISTORY OF FILM.

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.

High, Wide, and Handsome is a Nascar movie written by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay.

There is no release date, but you all know this is going to be good. Same people who did Anchorman. It also stars Sacha Baron Cohen(Ali G).

Plot Summary: The film tells the story of NASCAR stock car racing sensation Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) whose “win at all costs” approach has made him a national hero. He and his loyal racing partner, childhood friend Cal Naughton Jr. (John C. Reilly), are a fearless duo — dubbed “Thunder” and “Lightning” by their fans for their ability to finish so many races in the #1 and #2 positions, with Cal always in second place. When a flamboyant French Formula One driver, Jean Girard (Sacha Baron Cohen), challenges the “Thunder” and “Lightning” for the supremacy of NASCAR, Ricky Bobby must face his own demons and fight Girard for the right to be known as racing’s top driver.

I’m sure you’ve all seen the trailer for Wedding Crashers coming out on the 15th, here’s little known fact, Dave and I were actually slotted in the two leading roles for the movie until a couple “big shot” Hollywood execs decided they needed established Hollywood names to draw box office dollars. Pfft. I hear they got a couple clowns to replace us.
